Fairs & festivals · Texas & the Midwest

A sunny Sunday,
in an elephant ear.

Hand-stretched and fried to order, then buried in cinnamon or powdered sugar the second it leaves the oil — with fresh lemonade poured big. Made like it's going for the blue ribbon.

Off the fryer

One thing, done right.

No twelve-page menu — just the good stuff, made fresh while you watch. A giant ear, dusted hot, and lemonade cold enough to fog the cup. Simple is the whole point.

Be a Tim

Be A Tim

The name is a promise.

This trailer belongs to the Py family, and it's named for their middle son, Tim — who they lost in 2019, at just fifteen. Tim had a big heart and a joy that was flat-out contagious, and one rule he lived by: put a smile on someone's face every day. The elephant ear was his childhood favorite. So his family took it to the fairs — and they've been keeping his rule at the window ever since. That's the heart in the logo. It's Tim's, and every ear they hand out keeps it going.

“Put a smile on someone's face every day.

Where we are

Chasing the fairs.

We travel Texas and the Midwest, fair to fair, festival to festival. Here's the run — on the live site it stays current, so folks always know exactly where to find the window.

Sample stops, shown to demonstrate the concept — on the live site these come from a simple schedule the family updates right from their phone.

Bring us to your event

Fairs, festivals, and your day.

County fairs, church festivals, school fundraisers, company picnics, birthday parties — if there's a crowd and a good reason to smile, we'll bring the trailer.

  • We come to you. Self-contained trailer — power and water sorted.
  • Feeds a crowd. Ears fry fast, so the line keeps moving.
  • Fundraiser-friendly. A share of every ear can go to your cause.
