Hand-stretched, deep-fried elephant ears — dusted the second they leave the oil — and lemonade you don't have to ration. Put a smile on someone's face. That's the whole idea.
The good stuff
No twelve-page menu. A giant, hand-stretched elephant ear, fried to order and buried in sugar while it's still hot — plus cold lemonade by the cup. Simple. That's the point.
Stretched by hand, dropped in the fryer, and dusted the moment it's out — crisp at the edge, warm and soft in the middle.
Fresh-squeezed and cold, poured big. The kind you go back for — no rationing at this window.
String lights, sugar in the air, a line of happy people. We bring the fair feeling — wherever you are.
Be A Tim
Be A Tim Elephant Ears is the Py family's truck, named for their middle son, Tim — who they lost in 2019, at just fifteen. He had a big heart and a laugh that filled a room, and one rule he lived by: put a smile on someone's face every single day. The elephant ear was his childhood favorite. So his family took it to the fairs — and they've been keeping his promise at the window ever since. Every ear they hand out is Tim's mission, still going.
“Put a smile on someone's face every day.”

Where we are
We travel Texas and the Midwest, fair to fair, festival to festival. Here's the run — the live site keeps it current, so people always know where to find you.
◆ Sample stops, shown to demonstrate the concept — on the live site these come from a simple schedule the family updates from their phone.
Bring us to your event
County fairs, church festivals, school fundraisers, company picnics, birthday parties — if there's a crowd and a good reason to smile, we'll bring the trailer.
